Healthy Chocolate Banana Shake

Chocolate Banana Shake

Serves 2-4

3 cups of ripe frozen banana

(add 2 tablespoons of sprouted chia/flax to balance blood sugar levels)

2 cups almond milk

1/4  yacon syrup (zero glycemic index, safe for diabetics)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 heaping tablespoons of organic cocoa or carob powder

A pinch of sea, or Himalayan salt

In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
